We’ll begin with some relaxing restorative yoga to release tension, and invite creative energy to flow. Savor a cup of nourishing herbal tea as we awaken the senses and settle into the rhythm of the afternoon.

From this place of ease, Amanda will guide you through a creativity meditation before leading a playful watercolor painting session. No artistic experience is necessary—only curiosity and a willingness to explore. This is an invitation to reconnect with your imagination, express yourself freely, and experience the joy of creating without pressure or expectation.

You’ll leave feeling restored, inspired, and deeply connected—to yourself, to nature, and to your own creative spirit.
