This 4-day nonresidential training is designed for yoga teachers and experienced practitioners to better incorporate yin yoga into their practices. At its core is an examination of the essential yin yoga postures and alignment choices including propping, adjusting and energy anatomy. A cornerstone of this approach is the study of anatomical variation and functional alignment, which apply to all forms of yoga. Class time is distributed between slide show presentations, interactive demonstrations, collaborative practices, and deep yin asana and meditation.
