Barbara Juniper

Barbara Juniper is a San Francisco bay area songwriter, vocalist, musician, sound healer and spiritual mentor. She studied and completed a program on Sound, Voice and Music Healing at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. She has a private Sound Healing and Spiritual Mentoring practice in Marin County. ((“For me, all of life is music. Every thought, emotion and action has a timbre, tone and frequency. We are the composers of our own song, our own symphony, as it were, and as we join in harmony with others and with the planet, we heal all that is begging for love.” )

Wendy McLaughlin - Janu sirsasana with Jasper

Wendy McLaughlin has been teaching yoga for over 20 years, the last 15 of them at Point Reyes Yoga.  In the past few years she has found her niche using yin yoga combined with unique visual metaphors that help bypass the thinking mind to help students experience a sense of deep intimacy with their own bodies.  In Wendy’s Yin classes, students rest in a place of healing and rejuvenation while moving through a series of simple yoga asanas, which frequently leads to feelings of peace, spaciousness and deep ease in their bodies and minds.

In addition to teaching yoga, Wendy is also currently producing a new Youtube channel devoted exclusively to interviews with healers.  "There are so many ways to bring healing to the body and soul.  I just love to just listen to people’s stories about what’s possible and what they, themselves have experienced in that realm,” she says.  She is also leading a healing yoga retreat in Sedona in May of 2020.  You can find out more about that at: fullmoonyogawithwendy.com
