We’re gathering together new years day with some fun, great and inspiring energy! Join us for a joyful new years day Yoga Class, Guided Meditation, Chanting and Journaling. This virtual experience will be beaming in from our living room to yours, so that we can collectively celebrate and lift up our spirits for the new year.
We will be live 10am-12pm Pacific Time. The class will be live and recorded. We will send the replay out after and you will have access to the recording for 7 days.
