Early Bird Yoga Series with Katie Jay

Jump start your day and inspire your mid week with 6:15 AM Wednesday Morning Yoga!
An open/ all levels class that provides yogi’s the opportunity to wake up, open up and get a great workout before your day gets going.
15 minutes - slow and low warm up and stretches
30 minutes - invigorating, strength based asana
15 minutes- cool down, quiet down
Option to leave at the 60 minute mark or stay for an additional 15 minutes of breath work and meditation. Greet the day refreshed and ready roll!

This is a 4 week series that begins Wend May 17th and ends June 7th. We will be limiting the number of students in the space so the series will be sold as a set number of classes only and not available for drop ins. Investment $80 for 4 class series.
